Samantha Judge, based in New York, NY, is a board member of KultureCity, a nonprofit dedicated to creating acceptance and inclusion for individuals with sensory needs and invisible disabilities.

Judge completed graduate study in kinesiology at California State University, Fresno, where her research focused on human movement, biomechanics, and athletic performance. Her master's project examined posterior elbow angle during the throwing motion and its relationship to UCL injury risk in Major League Baseball players. Fresno State recognized it as the Outstanding Master's Degree Project in Kinesiology in 2017. That work reflects a documented research focus in applied biomechanics and injury prevention in sport.

As a KultureCity board member, Judge co-created the permanent sensory room at Madison Square Garden, which opened in 2024 and provides guests with sensory processing needs a designated calming environment during major events. The room includes adjustable lighting, calming visuals, comfortable seating, tactile elements, and a bubble wall. She has also participated in endurance athletics in connection with her advocacy work, completing the 2023 TCS New York City Marathon in 3:31:44 representing KultureCity and serving as guide runner for Adrienne Bunn at the 2026 Boston Marathon.
