About Samantha Judge
Samantha Judge is an endurance athlete and advocate with an academic background in kinesiology. Her work and community involvement reflect a consistent focus on education, service, and accessibility.
A native of Linden, California, Samantha attended Linden High School before pursuing her undergraduate education at California State University, Fresno, where she studied kinesiology. She continued her studies at the graduate level, focusing her research on human movement, biomechanics, athletic performance, and injury prevention.
Her master’s project, “Posterior Elbow Angle During the Movement Phase of Throwing in Relation to the Susceptibility of UCL Injury in Major League Baseball Players,” examined throwing mechanics and their potential relationship to UCL injury risk in professional baseball players. Fresno State recognized the work as the Outstanding Master’s Degree Project in Kinesiology for 2017.
A Foundation in Movement Science
Samantha’s academic focus on biomechanics and injury prevention combined scientific study with the practical examination of how the human body moves under athletic stress. Her graduate research applied biomechanical analysis to UCL injury risk among Major League Baseball players, providing a structured examination of movement patterns and their possible connection to injury.
That foundation in evidence-based analysis continues to inform the way Samantha Judge approaches her public and community involvement.
Endurance Athletics and Advocacy
Samantha is a long-distance runner who has completed major marathons, including the TCS New York City Marathon. In 2023, she finished the 26.2-mile course in 3:31:44 while running on behalf of KultureCity, an organization dedicated to sensory inclusion and accessibility for individuals with invisible disabilities.
Her connection between endurance athletics and advocacy continued in 2026, when she served as a guide for Adrienne Bunn, an endurance athlete with autism, at the Boston Marathon. Samantha supported Bunn as she completed the course on behalf of KultureCity, putting their shared commitment to inclusion into practice during the race.
KultureCity and Sensory Inclusion
Samantha Judge serves on the Board of Directors of KultureCity, a nonprofit organization that promotes acceptance and inclusion for individuals with sensory needs and invisible disabilities. Through her board service, she supports efforts to make sporting events, concerts, and other public experiences more accessible to individuals and families who may find those environments overwhelming.
That commitment took a permanent form with the opening of the Aaron & Samantha Judge Sensory Room at Madison Square Garden in 2024. Established and endowed in partnership with KultureCity and Madison Square Garden, the room provides guests with sensory processing needs a calming space away from the lights, noise, and stimulation of a major event.
The fully accessible environment includes adjustable lighting, calming visuals, comfortable seating, tactile elements, a bubble wall, and other sensory tools. These features help more guests and families participate in games, concerts, and other events at Madison Square Garden.
Family, Service, and the ALL RISE Foundation
Alongside her board service with KultureCity, Samantha has supported charitable initiatives associated with the ALL RISE Foundation. The organization focuses on children, education, character development, health and well-being, and leadership.
Samantha and her husband share roots in Linden, California, as well as a connection to Fresno State. They married in 2021.
Samantha Judge has maintained a limited public profile while building a documented record that includes recognized graduate research, marathon participation, nonprofit board service, and involvement in establishing a sensory room at Madison Square Garden. Together, these experiences reflect an ongoing connection among education, endurance, accessibility, and service.
